Created in 2003, the Union of Women in Civil Aviation (UFAC) initially had the mission of solidarizing the women working in various organizations at the airport, namely ANAC, Sodexam, Aeria, Asecna and Nas Ivoire. It was chaired, from 2003 to 2013, by Ms. Cecile Kata, an Air Traffic Controller at Sodexam and, from 2013 to 2017, by Ms. Micheline Palenfo, Secretary at Nas Ivoire.
